Ingredients:
300g organic whole wheat flour (I used the 365 Whole Foods brand)
280g 0% plain Greek yogurt (Fage brand)
Everything but the bagel seasoning
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and flour. Stir until a dough forms, then knead for a couple of minutes until fully combined. Tip: If the dough isn’t coming together, wet your hands—it helps!
Divide the dough into six equal portions, then roll and shape each one into a bagel.
Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, crack the egg and whisk it. Brush the egg wash over each bagel until fully coated.
Sprinkle your seasoning of choice—I used Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly, then enjoy!
