Easy & Delicious High-Protein Burger Bowls

Who says you have to cut out your favorite foods to reach your fitness and nutrition goals? The key is portion sizes and focusing on whole, nutrient-dense ingredients—and these burger bowls are the perfect example! They’re quick, easy, and absolutely delicious, making them a go-to dinner in our house at least twice a week.

Ingredients:

  • Lean ground beef (93% lean, 7% fat)

  • Organic russet potatoes

  • Pickles

  • Onions

  • Baby grape tomatoes

  • Spring mix (or your choice of greens)

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt + pepper

  • Oregano

  • Ketchup or chipotle mayo (for the perfect finishing touch!)

Instructions:

  1. Crisp up the potatoes – Dice the potatoes and toss them in avocado or olive oil. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Air fry until golden and crispy.

  2. Cook the beef – Heat a pan over medium heat, add the ground beef, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully done.

  3. Prep the toppings – Chop up the tomatoes, onions, and pickles.

  4. Assemble your bowl – Add spring mix or your choice of greens as the base.

  5. Build your burger bowl – Top with the crispy potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and fresh toppings.
