Ground Beef Burger Bowl
These burger bowls are definitely a fan favorite in our household. We make them at least twice a week! The best part (besides being delicious) is that they are so quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
-lean ground beef
-baby potatoes
-pickles
-onions
-baby tomatoes
-spring mix (or your choice of greens)
-garlic powder
-salt + pepper
-oregano
-ketchup or chipotle mayo
Instructions:
1. Cut up your potatoes & place in the air fryer. Coat the potatoes with avocado or olive oil. Add the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook until they are crispy brown.
2. Place a pan on the stovetop and turn the temperature to medium heat. Add the ground beef and coat it with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until the ground beef is fully cooked.
3. Cut up the tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
4. Chop your spring mix or choice of greens and add into the base of your bowl.
5. Add your tomatoes, onions, pickles, potatoes and ground beef.
6. Add your sauce of choice and enjoy!
