Gluten-Free 4 Ingredient Bagels

After testing multiple recipes, I can confidently say these Gluten-Free Bagels are my absolute favorite! They’re perfectly fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. I topped mine with Everything But the Bagel seasoning for a classic flavor, but you can customize them however you like—cinnamon and raisins would be a delicious twist! Pair them with avocado, cottage cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey for a balanced, satisfying meal that’s perfect for breakfast or lunch. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of GF flour (I used the measure-measure GF king arthur flour)

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt 0% fat

  • 2 eggs

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking soda, and 1 egg in a bowl until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough until smooth, adding extra flour if it's too sticky.

  4. Roll out the dough, divide it into 6 equal pieces, and shape each into a bagel.

  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning (I love Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel).

  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then let them cool slightly before enjoying!
