Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp hot honey (Trader Joe’s)

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 slices hickory smoked turkey deli meat (Trader Joe’s)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 2 slices uncured hickory smoked turkey bacon (Costco)

  • 2 slices sourdough bread (Specially Selected Brand-Aldi)

  • Everything But the Bagel seasoning (Trader Joe’s)

  • Handful of spring mix

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread – Pop your sourdough slices into the toaster until they’re golden brown and crispy.

  2. Cook the turkey bacon – Heat a pan over medium heat, spray with avocado or olive oil, and cook the turkey bacon, flipping every couple of minutes until crispy. Set aside.

  3. Fry the egg – Spray the same pan with a bit more oil and crack in the egg. For a less messy sandwich, break the yolk so it cooks evenly. Season with Everything But the Bagel seasoning, flip once set, then remove from the pan.
