DF+GF Banana Muffins
Makes 6 Large Muffins

These muffins have been on repeat lately! They are a perfect afternoon snack to bring to work and are so tasty topped with some greek yogurt for extra protein and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 eggs
2 scoops (45 grams) Promix French vanilla whey protein isolate
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
Lightly grease a muffin pan with avocado oil, ensuring the edges are coated to prevent sticking. Alternatively, use muffin liners for easy removal.
Pour the batter evenly into the muffin pan and bake for 14-16 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick or knife into the center of a muffin—if it comes out clean, they’re ready!
Allow the muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
