Chocolate Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates

These chocolate cookie dough-stuffed dates are a dream for anyone who loves that sweet and savory combo. They’re high in protein —making them as satisfying as they are delicious. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein isolate by Promix

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 10 medjool dates (preferrably pitted if you have them)

Instructions:

  1. Mix peanut butter and protein powder until a cookie dough-like texture forms.

  2. Slice the dates in half and remove pits (if not already pitted).

  3. Line a plate with parchment paper and gently flatten each date with the bottom of a cup.

  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough, roll into a ball, press onto each date.

  5. Freeze for about 1 hour to let the cookie dough harden.

  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.

  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the frozen dates, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
